The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. the rooms are well furnished and clean, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. the breakfast and dinner options are limited but offer good quality food. the parking options are convenient, and the cafe bar is nicely decorated.

The swimming pool and wellness services are not exceptional.

We felt welcomed by the really good staff, who offered a free welcome drink. The room was plush, super clean, and came with complimentary champagne. The breakfast was great with gluten-free options, and the hotel had a big and nice terrace.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near the stunning Lake Balaton. Loved the key location just a short walk from the lake, with the neighbourhood of incredible old mansions! The staff were excellent and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The room was plush and cozy with beautiful decor and excellent amenities - we especially liked the clean and comfortable bedding and towels! Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks from the in-house cafe bar and indulged in a great range of tea and coffee!

The hotel's restaurant was not the best! Had a bad experience with the poor quality of food and dinner was served cold.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighbourhood, just a short walk away from the sparkling lake. the staff were polite and made me feel welcome. the mornings were particularly delightful, with a great breakfast buffet offered. the room was spotless and very comfortable, with some nice complimentary touches thrown in.

The spa wasn't up to par, with too much chlorine in the water and a general lack of cleanliness. the air conditioning was also not great and could have been improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and situated in a beautiful neighborhood with charming old mansions. The staff treated us so well, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was absolutely plush and spotless, providing us with the utmost comfort and luxury. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was a lovely touch!

Can definitely recommend this hotel to families!
